This class invites you to explore the power of grace with a flow that encourages softness, patience and self acceptance. With fluid yet gentle transitions, we'll discover how balance, surrender and inner strength can lead to some of our greatest breakthroughs. Leave feeling lighter, more centered, and empowered to incorporate more grace for yourself both on and off the mat.

Training the body and mind through yoga is an incredible way to increase our vitality and capacity for higher consciousness and awareness. This class is ideal for all ages and levels, no experience required.
